These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bett8 platform. Reading them before you register means no surprises later — for account management, deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals in Philippine Peso.
The full Terms are detailed in the sections below. These six points cover the most important obligations and restrictions that apply the moment you create an account.
Access to bett8 is strictly limited to players aged 21 and above. Age is verified through the KYC process before your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed and any balance refunded to the original funding source after review.
Each player is permitted one bett8 account only. Creating duplicate or shared accounts is a violation of these Terms. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, all accounts may be suspended and balances reviewed pending investigation.
The bett8 platform operates entirely in Philippine Peso. Deposits, gameplay stakes, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated in PHP. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted. Supported payment methods are limited to Philippine bank transfers and verified local e-wallets.
Identity verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID is required once, before your first withdrawal is processed. KYC ensures that only the account owner can access and move funds. Accounts that cannot complete verification will have withdrawals held until verification is submitted.
Use of automated betting tools, software exploits, or any method that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is prohibited. bett8 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where irregular activity is detected. All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG or live dealer processes.
Your bett8 username and password are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. bett8 will not be liable for losses that result from unauthorised access caused by a player sharing credentials. OTP verification adds an additional layer of protection — always keep your registered mobile number current.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bett8 ("the Platform"). They govern all access to and use of the bett8 website at bett8.vu, the bett8 mobile application, and all related gaming services.
By registering an account on bett8, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. bett8 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were most recently made.
To register and use bett8, you must meet all of the following requirements:
bett8 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If a player is found to have misrepresented their age or location, their account will be suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any remaining deposit balance will be reviewed for return in accordance with applicable procedures.
Each player may register one account only. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable identification includes any valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, driver's licence, or UMID. bett8 may request additional documentation where the initial submission is unclear or insufficient.
Your registered Philippine mobile number is used for OTP-based login verification and withdrawal confirmation. It is your responsibility to keep this number current. If your registered number changes, contact bett8 support at [email protected] to update your account before attempting any transactions.
All financial transactions on bett8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion at any stage — deposits, gameplay stakes, winnings, and payouts are all in PHP.
Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, and verified local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for deposits or withdrawals. Bett8 does not accept funding from payment sources registered to anyone other than the account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet used for deposits where possible. Withdrawal processing timelines depend on the payment method and your bank's processing schedule. Full details on the withdrawal process are available on the Withdrawal page.
bett8 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals or where unusual account activity is noted. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of such checks.
Once a bet is confirmed on bett8, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on. Results of live casino games are determined by physical equipment operated by live dealers. Results of slot and RNG table games are determined by certified random number generators.
bett8 reserves the right to void any bet if:
Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance. bett8's decision on any bet dispute is final after internal review is completed.
Any promotions, bonuses, or cashback offers available on bett8 are subject to their own specific terms which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General gaming Terms here take precedence where a conflict exists.
Players must use bett8 for their own personal entertainment only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:
bett8 monitors accounts for unusual patterns. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, bett8 may void affected bets, withhold winnings pending investigation, and permanently close the account.
bett8 is committed to providing gaming as entertainment within manageable limits. The platform is restricted to players aged 21 and above. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, regularly review their account transaction history, and take breaks when gaming stops feeling enjoyable.
Self-exclusion options are available for players who wish to take an extended break from the platform. Activating self-exclusion will block access to your account for the requested period. To initiate self-exclusion or access responsible gaming tools, visit the Responsible Gaming page or contact [email protected].
bett8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if:
Players may also close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting bett8 support. Where an account is closed by the player, any remaining verified PHP balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks are completed.
bett8 collects and processes personal information as part of account registration, KYC verification, and normal platform operation. This data is handled in accordance with the bett8 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bett8 will not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where legally required.
bett8 is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain platform uptime and game availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service. bett8 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, connection issues, game interruptions, or events outside our control.
bett8's total liability to any player in connection with the platform is limited to the net deposit balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. bett8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Questions about these Terms or your account can be directed to the bett8 support team at [email protected]. Please include your registered Philippine mobile number in all correspondence so our team can locate your account efficiently.
